Whitby Seniors' Activity Centre
I'm at the Seniors' Activity Centre weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays to line dance with a great bunch of people. The staff and volunteers are very friendly and helpful and since it's a 20 minute walk from where I live it's very convenient.

Whitby Seniors' Activity Centre
Lunches are for all ages, even though a Senior Centre. Homemade meals very good. Staff at the centre are helpful. I take the 2-3:30 Tuesday yoga class. The best yoga instructor. (I forget her name)

Excellent, courtesy customer service. The Yoga teachers are very disciplined in their field of expertise. They comprehend what it is like to be a senior, and they instruct their classes for the senior who is young at heart. Yoga is remarkable and intermediate yoga gives you that much more of a challenge.

A wonderful Place and If your a senior and want something to do this is the place, they'll keep you busy. And there's lots of people to talk with and maybe strike up a friendship too.

We went to the senior center today a for a Health and Wellness and you talk to a lot of people checked out the the exercise room and it looks really good I think I will start walking on at 3 months membership and try it out very clean very access a bell for wheelchairs as well accessible nothing to really say about after have to try it out first post

There is something for everyone when you are a member including but not restricted to: physical activities for every level, socializing, crafts, cards, clubs, books to share, drop in activities, bus trips, health help, arm chair travel, photo club, dances, etc. Join in and have fun @ reasonable prices.
